What is TempMail and how does it work?
TempMail is a free, disposable temporary email service that generates anonymous inboxes instantly without any sign-up or registration. It protects your personal email address from spam, marketing newsletters, and data breaches when signing up for services, downloading content, or testing apps.
Can I receive OTP verification codes and passwords?
Yes. TempMail includes automated OTP (One-Time Password) detection that instantly parses 4 to 8 digit verification codes from incoming messages, displaying a prominent one-click copy button to speed up your account verifications.
How long do temporary email addresses and messages last?
Every temporary mailbox and received message has a default lifespan of 6 hours. To prevent bulk squatting and abuse, mailboxes can be extended by +6 hours at a time up to a maximum rolling limit of 24 hours from now. As time passes, you can continuously extend it again (+6h) to keep your mailbox active as long as you need.
Is TempMail completely free and private?
Yes, TempMail is 100% free with a strict zero-log guarantee. We do not require your name, real email, or phone number. We do not track IP addresses, log user activities, or sell inbox contents to advertisers.
